·	The sale includes a 22ft Caribe Pro boat with new Evinrude engine, GPS, life jackets and many extras.
·	All furniture and furnishings are included in the sale, including, but not limited to: beds, living room and dining room furniture, dishes, linen and kitchen appliances - refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and Maytag large capacity washer and dryer.
·	There is a large workshop on the property directly behind the main building which could easily be converted to an employee residence, guest cottage, dance or art studio, business office or anything you would like.

There are blue crabs, various toads, tiny tree frogs, howler monkeys in the nearby trees calling out, pelicans swooping down into the bay, and an amazing assortment of fish (including the occasional dolphins) and a beach often laden with sand dollars and other sea shells.
·	The actual house is 3,600 sq. ft. with all construction phases permitted and registered with the government.
·	All floors downstairs are Spanish terracotta tiles and all upstairs flooring is Nispero which is a dark native tropical hardwood.
·	Almost every room in the house has louvered doors onto a balcony and overlooking the bay and lights from the town and nearby islands.
·	Downstairs includes a huge restaurant-style kitchen, formal dining room, separate laundry room, large office/study, room, master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet and reception room for upstairs suites.
·	The house is "on the grid" so it has city elecricity and city water (with back up storage tank). It is also serviced by telephone land or cell service, wireless or DSL internet and Direct TV.
·	Upstairs has a large game room/library and four very large private bedrooms each with its own private bath and double doors opening onto the sweeping veranda.
